The RHI Management Team

Ryan Hammond
PresidentThe big hefe. What can we say? Ryan is our fearless leader. Painting and people are his passion. He loves them almost as much as he loves eating guacamole. That's a lot! Fun Fact: He once held the RHI record for the most consecutive push-ups. No one can take his title...he refuses to compete again. Nickname: The Real Red Ryan
Favorite Color: Blue

Bill Decker
Field SupervisorHe comes to us with lots of experience, he had 5 kids by the age of 19. Ok, more like 33. The last name is Decker...not Duggar folks. Bill likes to fish all day and work all night...uh I mean work all day and fish all night. Seriously though, Bill was painting before he was born. No one can beat that!
Favorite Color: Blue

Chris Castleberry
Field SupervisorOur systems guy. We love him! Chris is always found smiling...on the inside. He is the holder of the self-proclaimed ``RHI Cut the Straightest Fastest Bestest Laser Line Award`` and is loving his prize of all you can eat pretzels for life. (Eww - no wonder he's thin!)
Favorite Color: Blue

Gregory Hammond
Business Development DirectorNewest guy on the roster but not new to the game. He comes to us with a passion for the people and aims to brush-up our team culture bringing lasting value to not only our craftsman and customer but our community. When he's not spending time with the cutest twin grandbabies in the nation he can be found with a book in hand. And books are not all that he reads. He can read your mail! Trust us.
Favorite Color: Blue

Rudy Cox
Business Development/EstimatorRudy works those blueprints to the bone. His music isn't half bad either. As 1 of 10 kids he is as easy going as can be. When he's not playing his guitar he likes to play supporting fisherman to his wife Michelle.
Favorite Color: Blue

Sal DiPiazza
Business Development/EstimatorSal will rock your socks off with his English accent and his homemade pizza. He prides himself to be a great conversationalist. When asked his favorite color he answered, ``Golf.`` We know where to find him on the weekends!
Favorite Color: Blue

Meagan Hammond
Office Manager and Photographer ExtraordinaireOur guys are the brawn and Meg is definitely the beauty. Maybe she's born with it? Maybe it's Maybelline. She says, ``definitely Maybelline.`` She spreads kindness and island scented smellgoods all around this male dominated office on the daily. We'd all be lost without her. No really, she's the one capturing the paintspiration on RHI locations.
Favorite Color: Green

Melissa Hammond
Vice PresidentMelissa handles all of the 'projects', technical and insurance issues. If you got a problem yo she'll solve it...except when she can't. As a mom to twin girls, she finds trips to the bathroom alone and warm cups of coffee extremely rewarding.
Favorite Color: Any color...as long as it coordinates.
The RHI Difference
Learn what others just like you have come to know.
You can do it yourself or hire the least expensive painter
but before you do here are a few things to consider:
Customer Experience
Amazing service won’t make up for poor painting skills. But poor service can ruin the very best paint job. RHI combines the best customer service with a flawless finish to achieve a terrific overall customer experience. Anytime you update your home or place of business some type of inconvenience will be necessary. However, we take great care to make your experience a pleasurable one. Beautiful final results are only part of the overall process. We show up on time and are neat, clean and organized. No work will begin before protecting your possessions whether inside or out. Floors and furniture are covered, breakable items are removed, and the work area is sealed to prevent the spread of dust. Upon completion, all areas are thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, and belongings are replaced exactly as they were found. All trash will be removed and you will be left at ease and ready to enjoy your beautiful new space. Don't take just take our word for it but check Angies List for current reviews from our customers.
Vendors
Ryan Hammond, Inc. has great relationships with local and national painting and supply stores. We always use high quality products such as Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Povia, and Duron. Let our long-standing business relationships work for you by bringing you the best possible pricing for your project.
Health
Breathing fumes from paint and paint chemicals is another reason to hire a professional. If your home was built before 1978, it may have been painted with lead-based paint; which can cause serious health effects when scraped or sanded in preparation for repainting. Professional painting contractors will understand and follow the recommendations on all old and new products.
Safety
Painting can be dangerous. Professionals deal with ladders and chemicals every day. The right tools can make a difficult job for the homeowner a regular task for a professional. You can rest assured that our team has the necessary skills and the proper licensing and insurance to complete your project.
Clean-up & Disposal
Hiring a professional contractor means you don't have to worry about dealing with paint residues and other leftovers. Professionals know how to handle hazardous wastes that may be part of the job. Ryan Hammond, Inc. leaves extra paint with the client so touch-ups can be done or a perfect color match can be made at a later date.
