I rarely saw Steve or any other crew members, but when I did all were nothing but professional and polite. you have been involved in maintenance weeks here before so you know how chaotic it can be with several subcontractors sharing space and all on a tight time schedule. After these past 5 weeks, your crew is the only one I would rehire at the resort. You once made quite an impression on me with your work ethic and the high quality end product and that now shows in your employees. They have been well trained.
